Have you updated your tool and vci lately?

Click on support App , Click on My Account. Check Device Info and check expire date.

See if  you are indeed connected to High Speed Internet and you can do a google search from tool.

Don't forget when doing programming to turnoff the Bluetooth and to connect the MaxiFlash Elite directly to the tablet using the provided USB cable. Also have a good battery maintainer hooked up to the BMW,and I generally like to snap the latches shut on any doors or trunk lids I have left open.
